We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us to complement the skills of
our existing trustee board. Chichester City Centre Drop-In (also known as “The Bell Tower”) is a local youth drop-in, open every day after school, during term time. Inspired by Christian principles, the charity was launched in 2014 with the vision of creating a safe space, accessible to any secondary school-aged young person in need in the Chichester area.

Our trustees play a vital role in making sure that The Bell Tower achieves its core purpose. They oversee the overall management and administration of the charity. They also ensure that The Bell Tower has a clear strategy and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. Just as importantly, they support the staff team and volunteers to enable The Bell Tower to grow and thrive, and through this, achieve our charitable objects of providing an after school drop-in facility for young people in the city of Chichester – a “home away from home.”

We would welcome applications from anyone who has a heart for supporting young people in Chichester and feels they have relevant skills and recent experience, especially in the following areas: finance and fundraising, risk management, and HR and talent management. Our constitution stipulates that trustees must be in good standing with the local church.

To request an information pack or to arrange an informal chat, please contact our Chair of Trustees, Laura Irma (laura@belltowerchi.uk).
Closing date for applications: 10th June 2024
